Refund policy

14-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel anytime from Billing with no obligation.

Monthly subscriptions

If you cancel an active paid subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a billing period.

Refund requests

If you were charged unexpectedly (for example, you intended to cancel before the trial ended), email billing@usereviewrocket.com within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

For any other refund request, we review on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we will do the right thing.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. Your account remains active during the retry window. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled and access ends — your data is preserved for 30 days in case you re-subscribe.
